"Bill was what they said it would be"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the bill ended up matching the quote they gave me. No surprise charges or anything, which was nice.

"Couldn’t Get the Time I Needed"
The biggest issue for me was just trying to find an available time. I went to book a ride, and somehow the times I actually needed weren’t open?!
The whole scheduling process felt a little more back and forth than it should’ve been. It took longer than I expected just to get a straight answer, which was kind of annoying.

Maybe it works better if you book really far in advance, but for my trip it was frustrating. Not the worst experience ever, but if your timing is tight, I’d definitely be careful

The ride itself was fine, as far as I remember. What really stuck with me was trying to get help with a booking question and waiting way too long for a clear answer. Maybe there were a few helpful bits in between, but all I really remember is feeling stressed while I waited.

"Super easy even with our messy schedule"
We used hyslimo.com on a day that was kind of all over the place. Plans changed. Then changed again. We moved the pickup time twice, and then decided we needed one more stop at the last minute. I expected it to be annoying, but they just handled it.

The driver was really laid-back. Waited for us, didn’t make it feel awkward or rushed. The price was clear the whole time too, which I appreciated. No random surprise charge at the end. It made a hectic day feel a lot easier. I’d definitely book with them again.

I booked a ride but ended up needing to cancel, the whole process felt more frustrating than I expected. It took a while to get a clear answer, and the refund info wasn’t very easy to understand. They did get back to me eventually, but I kind of felt like I had to keep following up just to get basic help. Maybe I’m not the only one who feels like canceling should be a lot simpler?

The car looked fine, yeah, but the ride was... kind of bumpy for most of the trip. The seats were okay at first, but after a while they just weren’t that comfortable, especially for a longer ride

I tried reaching out to hyslimo.com, the communication was frustrating. At first I figured maybe they were just busy, but the replies were slow and didn’t really answer what I was asking. This is where it got annoying — I kept having to follow up and repeat the same questions just to get basic information. It made the whole process feel way more stressful than it needed to be. The actual service might be fine, but based on how they handled communication, I wouldn’t feel comfortable using them again.

I booked hyslimo.com for an airport transfer, it wasn’t a disaster—but it did have a little suspense. After a long flight, I was standing there wondering if my ride had vanished into the night, so I ended up calling to check. The driver arrived about 15 minutes late, which wasn’t the end of the world, but at that moment it felt way more stressful than it should’ve. Once he got there, the car was clean and the ride itself was fine. Not terrible, not amazing. I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

"Nice car, just a small hiccup"
The car was clean, comfortable, and looked newer than I expected. The ride was smooth overall. There was one tiny issue I asked support about, and they basically said, “Thanks for letting us know, we’ll make a note of it,” which was fine. Nothing major, I’d still use them again.

"Late pickup threw off my plans"
I had booked the car expecting it to show up at the scheduled time, so I planned the rest of my day around that. When it didn’t arrive, I kept checking my phone and waiting for some kind of clear update, but I didn’t really get one.

By the time the car finally showed up, it was already much later than expected. I was stressed and trying to adjust everything on the fly, which made the whole experience frustrating.

Because of the delay, I ended up being late for my plans. The timing really messed things up for me, and after that experience, I wouldn’t book with them again.

Not saying it’s a scam, but the car definitely wasn’t as clean inside as I expected. There were crumbs on the seats and it had a kind of weird smell, which made the ride less comfortable.
